Our cutting elements are made from high-performance HSS, PM steels, and carbide and are available with specialized PVD or CVD coatings as well as DLC on request.

In modern series production, cutting elements are a key component in punching tools, forming tools, and complex mold making applications. Their task: to process materials precisely without material distortion, breakage, or excessive wear. Discover our wide range of cutting elements that meet these requirements. Either in standard designs according to DIN/ISO standards or as individually manufactured precision parts. Our products are designed to dissipate forces in a controlled manner and absorb peak loads. The result: reduced risk of breakage, longer service life, and greater process reliability.
We use only high-quality materials such as high-speed steel, powder metallurgical steels, and carbide, complemented by modern surface finishes: PVD-TiN, PVD-TiCN, PVD-CrN, PVD-AlTiN, PVD-AlCrN, PVD-Hybrid-TiN, PVD-Hybrid-TiCN, PVD-Hybrid-CrN, PVD-Hybrid-AlTiN, CVD-TiC, CVD-TiC-TiN [sandwich], and DLC increase cutting resistance and reduce friction. Various alloys, powder coatings, or anodizing are also available on request.
The cutting portfolio is supplemented by components such as punch guide bushings, retaining plates, precision countersinks, and ball lifters. This creates a complete unit for professional toolmaking, punching, and forming technology, tailored to your requirements.
