Provided, of course, that they are precisely tailored to the respective application. This is exactly what TECNORM's toolmaking accessories are designed for. Our drill bushings, for example, enable the precise alignment of drill holes across multiple workpieces—without time-consuming re-measurement. They are made of specially hardened steel and are corrosion-resistant, which makes them particularly durable and reliable in series production. In addition to numerous stock designs, we also manufacture custom variants according to your specifications.
For the safe lifting of heavy components, we offer load blocks with load capacities of up to 20 tons, which align themselves in the direction of pull under load and are protected by a particularly resistant surface.
Versions with double ball bearings are available as an option – ideal for dynamic lifting operations. We also supply matching swivel base threads, which remain rotatable even under load and are clearly marked. This means that the permissible load capacity is always visible. Our range also includes support pins, support bolts, support brackets, and cylindrical pins in various designs. Our “Rhinofeet” elevation pads are the best choice for the safe transport of heavy objects, as their stable geometry, striking colors, and easy handling with practical neodymium magnets greatly reduce the safety risk.
