TECNORM offers spring elements that do just that: as system compression springs, gas springs, or spring-loaded pressure pieces, our components ensure controlled movement, reliable damping, and constant spring forces in tool, fixture, and machine construction.
Our system pressure springs are color-coded in accordance with ISO standards, temperature-resistant up to 180°C, and, thanks to valve spring steel, ideal for applications with high impact and vibration loads. Polyurethane elastomer springs or gas pressure spring elements are used for particularly compact installation situations – with enormous force absorption in the smallest of spaces.

Machines, tools, and devices are constantly exposed to dynamic forces. That is why reliable spring elements are indispensable. In applications with recurring pressure, tensile, or oscillating loads, they ensure controlled movement and thus extend the service life of the surrounding components. We offer a wide selection of industrially proven standard parts in the field of spring elements: from system compression springs and spring-loaded pressure pieces to gas springs and special designs. In addition, practical accessories such as spring spacer units for flexible spring arrangement, shoulder fitting screws for precise and resilient connection, and spacer tubes for secure support and exact positioning are available. Various materials and designs are available to meet different technical requirements. Our system compression springs are made of heavy-duty valve spring steel and feature clear color coding of the spring hardness for fast, error-free handling during assembly.
They are temperature-resistant up to 180 °C and particularly resistant to impact and vibration stresses. For confined spaces or high chemical exposure, we recommend polyurethane elastomer springs. They combine high force absorption with compact dimensions and are insensitive to oils, solvents, and other substances. Spring pressure pieces are ideal for applications in which a component needs to be flexibly deformed or guided – whether as a tension or compression pin. They are versatile and can be easily integrated into existing assemblies. Gas pressure springs come into play where maximum forces act in the smallest of spaces. They generate large restoring forces and are the ideal choice for demanding applications with limited space.
