Precision ejectors are key components in tool and mold making. They are used for venting and ejecting molded parts, especially in injection molding and die casting. We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality ejector pins, manufactured for daily use under demanding conditions – and in several designs: hardened or nitrided, single or stepped. While hardened precision ejectors are ideal for applications with plastics and low-melting alloys, nitrided precision ejectors are particularly resistant to high temperatures and abrasive media, making them ideal for metal casting or high-performance plastic mold making.
We offer the right head shape for every application – both countersunk and cylindrical heads. Our ejectors are made from high-quality hot-work steel, which is characterized by high impact and bending strength. This guarantees a long service life with consistently reliable performance.
